Kush, singer, songwriter and arranger, blazed onto the Ivory Coast music scene in 1993, with his first release "Crushed": which propelled flery delivery caught the attention only taken in by the Reggae rhythms but were captivated by the passion and strength with which Kush conveys his message. "Les Miserables", Kush's second solo album, is a musical bouquet of traditional Roots Reggae mingled with African and Jazz undertones, and was one of 1998's highest sellers. The video for "Les Temps Changent", the first of many hits from the album, was #1 on Ivorian TV for several months. During the last few years, Kush has been prolific in the writing and producing of new material: some of whick is included in Jah Blood Fiyah Angels' repertoire.
