Errol
Moore has gained experience in almost every area of the music
industry. His experience encompasses Song Writing, Producing,
Recording Artist, Audio Engineering, Studio Management, Design
and Construction. What stands out the most is his unique style
to create music capable of major radio and club play worldwide,
through a synergetic blend of Afro-Caribbean rhythms with popular
R&B, Pop, and Hip Hop rhythms.
A
former member of the New York based Monyaka band, Errol has written,
arranged, and produced some of the bands most popular tunes including:
‘Go
Deh Yaka’ ‘Reggaematic Funk’ for Easy Street/Polydor
Records and "Street People" for A&M Records. He
also co-wrote "Electric Kingdom" for Vanguard Records,
along with Gordon Bahary and Joe Saulter.
His
first solo effort "Never Lock Me Out" resulted in an
artist affiliation with Epic Records. An R&B remix of Shaggy
& Rayvon’s "Nice and Lovely" for Virgin Records.
As
a guitar player, Errol has worked with many of the major artist
in the reggae industry including:
Maxi Priest, Inner Circle, Dennis Brown, Toots & the Maytals,
Black Uhuru, Sly & Robbie, Super Cat, Beres Hammond, The Burning
Spear, Marcia Griffiths, Judy Mowaatt and Israel Vibration.
As
a part of Monyaka, he performed as support act for major recording
artists such as Steel Pulse, Peter Tosh and Jimmy Cliff.
With
the advent of Bad Newz Entertainment, Errol has produced the enclosed
CD. The material is all original representing several styles of
the Errol Moore sound.
